Foshan Demi Furniture welcomes certified third-party inspectors (SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas, AsiaInspection) and provides dedicated inspection facilities on our Shunde campus.
Auditor Fact Sheet
- Inspection Standard: Standard ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) Normal Single Sampling, AQL 2.5 for Major / AQL 4.0 for Minor.
- Dedicated Inspection Bay: Well-lit (1,000 lux) clean room area with electric power, calipers, pull gauges, and drop-test tables.
- Full Traceability Ledgers: Mill certificates for all steel, CertiPUR-US foam batch reports, and FSC wood invoices.
- On-Site Technician Assistance: Factory assembly crew provided to unpack, operate, and re-box random sample cartons.
